Let's have some "baking" fun -

Hi friends and welcome back,

Although it's still pretty hot here in Arizona I've been thinking of Christmas and have a fun Gingerbread Man card to share with you today.  For this card I used the new Gingerbread Man die from Joset Designs for Elizabeth Craft Designs.  This great die set includes the bow tie, buttons, scarf and even a candy cane, a detail die that cuts the face as well as the little wiggly frosting for the arms and legs.  I thought we could bake up some fun today

For the base of this card I used the Rectangle Pull Card from Karen Burnistion's Pop it Ups collection.  The cute little chef hat, the spoon and spatula are from the Props 8 set.  It's always fun to find new uses for a die and that is just what I did with the bowl, it's the Beehive die.  I used the Dotted Scalloped Rectangles for the white panel and Dotted Scalloped Ovals from Els van de Burgt  Studio for the stamped greeting that is from Joset's new clear stamp set - Winter Sentiments.

Simply give the card a little tug and it opens up to reveal even more Gingerbread Men.

Another stamp from the Winter Sentiments and some hearts from the Oval Pull Card and these cute little guys are ready to go.

Hope to see you on Monday when it's the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge.  The team has been preparing a Halloween treat for you.

Have a great weekend,
S@ndy
